inaccurate sounds I think this program has the capability of being an excellent teaching tool to introduce composition to young and even very young students. I do have a couple of concerns, however. One concern is that most of the "instrument" sounds do not match the instrument. As a music educator, I find it vitally important that especially my young children be acquainted with good tones and sounds and voices. This helps make them better musicians and singers. Child control 2011 keeps on giving trouble with the database. Often there is no start button after inlogging, which it inpossible makes to start any program. I would like to try child control 2010 or 2009, but I can not find the program. De OS is XP sp2.

Good program. I would have liked to be able to have different setting for weekends vs. Weekdays.

Efficient internet time management aid This is the second time manager I've tried on my computers and it's a lot better than Time Boss. KidsWatch is relatively easy to use and it seems to be reliable. Unfortunately, Time Boss can't tell time it seems and doesn't give enough warning -- even when it's set to do so.The interface is not as intuitive as it could be. Too much Although the program looks impressive, it turned out to do much more than I needed. What I needed was a way to limit the amount of time my children and wife spend on the Internet per month, as I get a fixed number of hours a month free. I have split this amongst all the family members. KidsWatch was not a suitable solution because:a) It does not allow me to specify the limit per month, only per day or week.b) It us somewhat diffcult to use and set up for something this simple.

Does not differentiate network usage The application is almost everything I need in a usage / monitoring tool. However, the main problem is that it cannot differentiate between internet related activities (i.e. browsing, chat, ftp, etc.) and intranet related activities (i.e. network file sharing, network printing, etc.). There are also services associated with applications such as Antivirus and email that poll internet servers for updates. These activities also need to be excluded from internet usage since they are computer generated not user generated. I cannot use a product that counts the time the computer is connected to the intranet.

Nice concept poor implementation Tiny tabs, very tiny close tab buttons, and close tab button at right of page not on tab. Very poor design for young kids. They cannot easily close or switch pages.Even on kidsplorer provided/screened links the page will load and an "oops" tab loads as well. Golly knows why.Instead of coloured boxes for customised links, why not a facility to edit/provide a customised picture. My daughter cannot read but she readily identifies pictures.
